เมื่อออกจากสมาธิ ผมรู้สึกพร้อมที่จะทำภารกิจต่างๆที่ผมต้องทำ ผมไม่รู้สึกถึงความสุขหรือความทุกข์ เพราะไม่สนใจในความรู้สึกเหล่านั้น ผมพยายามวางสติที่ศูนย์กลางกายเท่านั้น คำว่า “หยุดเป็นตัวสำเร็จ” เป็นสิ่งที่ใช่เลย ถ้าคนไหนสามารถหยุดได้ คนๆนั้นต้องประสบความสำเร็จแน่นอน และการฝึกหยุดใจเพื่อจะไปให้ถึงพระนิพพานตามพระพุทธเจ้า ผมว่าทุกคนสามารถทำได้จริงแท้แน่นอนเลยครับ
